My only complaint is that the outer cover can’t be removed to wash without having to restuff it. Easy fix though if you just put a blanket over it! My cats really enjoy sleeping on it and it is great extra seating for a small apartment.Took 2 days to totally fluff but he loves it in dorm room at collage. Got 4 ft one and suggest if dorm room do NOT get 5 ft! They inflate huge!So we have a couple of beanbag chairs upstairs in our movie room, our fur baby sometimes disappears and we find her upstairs on one of them. So I found a small one just for her so I bought it and put in our great room. She absolutely loves it!!!I bought this for my daughter in her reading nook. I was very surprised by how comfortable it was and the quality of the product.It's a great and comfortable bag but customer service is pretty incredible. I had a small problem with the zipper and contacted the company. They were back to me in half a day and took care of the problem the next day. That really is amazing today.Very fluffy good for dorm?? Fair amount of support and still softCould be softer ..Super comfy, love to toss the kid in it. Poop and vomit cleans up super nice and easy. Warm soapy water gets it clean in no time.I returned this product as it looked far from what we could see in the photo. It comes in a vaccum bag which makes it look like a brick when out of the box. Instructions said it would look good in up to 5 days, but it never happened. It took us ages and a lot of effort to break/fluff all the foam (as per instructions) and it did not feel comfortable at all. Weird shape and feel. Returned it and went for a tradicional bean bag and much happier nowJust received it so I don’t know how good it will be. But right off the bat I am disappointed that the stuffing is not encased in an ‘inner bag’. There’s no way to wash the cover without emptying the foam into another bag which will be messy and a huge pain.Didn’t come packaged how we expected. Came in a same sack. However once we opened we realised it had been suctioned to reduced the space for transit.This bean chair did not become as full as in the photo. I tried to break apart the foam pieces inside the case but my 11 and 14 year old are not able to sit in it comfortably like the woman in the main picture. It tends to go flat and looses its shape we tried to fluff it up to create a shape or form, no luck. Returning was not an option because there was no way we could get it back into the box it was delivered in. :(this was pretty terrible, no matter how we fluffed it, the sack was still flat after 2 weeks and when you sat on it your butt hit the ground.
